Voadam, Loricallior looks good. I really can't see anything there that needs to be changed, except I do have one question. Did you give him an alignment? I didn't see one on his sheet. Other than that, he's ready to begin play.

Well, my knowledge of the setting is still very limited, because the amount of material released for the setting is very limited. From what I've seen, though, I'd suggest Dwarven as a good option.
