There are no longer Resist or Immune entries for untyped damage, or even damage from weapons. Resist and Immune cover the listed (see MM) keywords, and Weapon is not one of them. The only creatures that have Resist to weapons are big guys like Orcus, who have Resist All in their stat blocks...

Blind Sam, both links by JanusDreamweaver lead to the same font. What is unique about that font is that it contains two symbols normally only found in Dragon and Dungeon Magazines (a rolled up dragon, and crossed swords). For everything else (melee, basic melee, close), use this font instead...

Do all items in the PH have pluses, like yours? If said bonuses are applied to nothing, like in your item, I wonder what they're for. I suggest verifying that. I would make the ability a Daily power, not a property usable/X times. ...or, make it a property that costs a healing surge. Could be...

Agreed with the comment on Melee. Didn't run the numbers, but I like it! One thing though: This monster doesn't benefit much from being Elite and having Action Points, because of the recharge and conditionals on its attacks. It can only use the point to move or make a second basic attack...

How about the disease only spreads to those able to speak Abyssal? It can create paranoia, like a witch hunt. Speaking Abyssal might thus become the gateway through which this disease is able to take root.
