    Rituals take too long and creative casting is dead

    Actually, I usually have utility spells like comprehend languages on scrolls. You know, since any intelligent wizard worth his salt would use the Scribe Scroll feat that he automatically gets at 1st level.

    I've been looking at some of the powers in 4E, and they seem to suck. Take Meteor warm a level 29 attack power. On a hit, it does 8d6 + int mod damage. And its a daily power, so you can only do it once each day. I then looked at some of the monsters in the MM. Take the beholder: The Eye Tyrant...

    Recently, my 2nd lvl Halfling Cleric has came into possession of +1 Dagger of Returning. He is quite proud of the fact that he wields such a "mighty" weapon. Naturally, he feels that such a mighty deserves a name; after all, all powerful weapons in the story books have names! I myself am unsure...

    Fleshwarper- Has anyone tried it out?

    Yeah, the character I have in mind is an Alienist Fleshwarper. Probably go wizard 5/Alienist 5/Fleshwarper 10. I like the looks of the class. I'm going for a creepy, mad scientist type, so both Alienist and Fleshwarper works. My problem is don't know which grafts to take.

    Fleshwarper- Has anyone tried it out?

    I'm thinking of making a fleshwarper from Lords of Madness in a 13th level game. Has anyone had any experience with this prestige class? Is it good or bad? I am unsure how useful grafts are, but I am intrigued. I'm probably gonna throw in a few levels of Alienist just for giggles. Thanks all :)
