One thing to watch out for if you do go with the shoe box lid method is loaded/trick dice. I have seen d20s with 2 20s and no 1s. If the cheater knows that they must roll in plain view - and cheating is that important to them - such dice are just what the (evil) doctor ordered.

That 18+ doesn't include the stat bonus or the holy symbol magic bonus. That that level, both could +6, the Wis bonus could even be higher. That means a 70% chance. Still not great, but much better than 15%.

Paladin tended to work for traditional justice and was clearly about right wrongs. I would be surprised to find that the character did not factor into the paladin class. Not astonished, mind you, but surprised.

While I wouldn't be too keen on mega module mini packs (because of the duplication of minis after the first mega module) I would snap up a die cut cardboard counter set of the minis in the mega module in a heartbeat. I would also purchase a pdf of the same if the artwork were truly outstanding.
