The brigandine wasn't. If made properly the plates would have been sandwiched between two layers of something (leather, burlap, or the like), with only the rivet heads showing. (Which is most likely where 'studded leather' came from.) But, yes, very nicely done. Congrats to all involved.

I, on the other hand, think its fine. But then, I prefer that characters not have any minus stats, and are better than the defaults generally. So is it broken if all the PCs are a little better than they are in most other games? I don't really think so.

Well, not nearly as steamed as I would have been if you'd showed the usual huge double sided thing (which would be physically impossible to wield) that mostly shows up as a warhammer these days, but still a bit steamed. Perhaps I should say disappointed instead.

Yeah, I was steamed that they included the 'warhammer' that isn't anything like one. Wish they'd left it out and just called the military pick that. Also, the picture of the bill is much too fancy for the name. A regular bill (or bill hook) is much plainer than that.

For spells something needs to be done, like using one of the methods already mentioned. But for missile weapons shooting downwards you obviously get extra range. (Who's going to believe that a rock you throw off a cliff is just going to stop mid-air and hang there?)
