    Projectile Weapons and Ammo

No it would be 10000 Gp and 8000 Gp of it would be spent on 50 flaming arrows. And that's the point: A Fighter's Flaming Greatsword will last indefinitely, while the arrows will be used up quite soon. More firepower comes at a price in this system.

    Projectile Weapons and Ammo

That's what the SRD states on that matter: So yes, per the RAW magical ammunition is pretty useless indeed. There is absolutely no reason to enchant arrows, which are destroyed when used, if you can have the same effect by enchanting your bow, which lasts indefinitely. Our house-rule to solve...

    Setting Spears against a Charge...

No he's not alone. I can see there are no problems rules-wise, but a berserking on the one hand and and waiting for the enemy on the other instead of running into the fray doesn't fit at all IMO. As a DM I would definitely penalize the Barbarian for inadequate roleplaying behaviour.

    Resizing armor?

Full Plate Mails are an exception, though. The rules specifically state that those have to be tailor made for the wearer, or at least refit for him.

Succubus Paladin - Yes or No

She can however become a Paladin of Slaughter without any restrictions. ;)

Arcane Spell Failure with Shield and Armor

As I pointed out in an other post: ASF in't logical at all and doesn't even have a half-decent ingame explanation. It's a pure rule-induced mechanism.

    Haste/Slow?

    You did it right.

    RotW: Champion of Corellon Larethian

You could also say: It has excatly the same stats as a rapier or scimitar, but is a light exotic weapon. ;)

    Planewalking Bounty Hunter?

Check out the Bloodhound (CAdv I think).

    Close Quarters Fighting and Reach

It's not the 'entering of the square' that provokes the AoO, it's the 'reckless' combat maneuver that does. Note that the AoO is still provoked in this case, even by the rules, but normally you couldn't make it, because you are not threatening your opponent.

    Close Quarters Fighting and Reach

Ok, by the RAW you don't get an AoO, because you have to threaten the provoking opponent to do so. Seems reasonable at first glance, too. But IMO it is a no-brainer, that if a creature with natural reach tries to grapple or unarmed trip, you can still get an AoO vs. the attacking limb. If your...

    Close Quarters Fighting and Reach

You say it. You can't possibly be grappled without the opponent touching you. So sure you get the AoO.

    Do alignment domain bonuses stack?

No. The +1 caster level only applies to spells on the given domain list. Summoning a lawful evil being doesn't make Summon Monster a spell of the law and evil domain. Edit: Just saw that Summon Monster IX is indeed on both spell lists, so yes, a +2 CL bonus would apply if you cast that spell...

Need Help: Best fighter builds at various levels?

Is it only my impression, or is Whirling Frenzy way better than the standard Rage abilitiy ? WF only drops the CON bonus for an additional +4 AC and +1 extra attack, way too good if you ask me.

    Warmage and Extra Spell

No. Extra Spell allows you to learn an additional spell from your spell list. A Warmage has full access to his spell list anyway (like a cleric/druid), so he does not benefit from the feat at all.

    Two-handed weapons and spellcasting

It is entirely possible to hold a two-handed weapon in one hand temporarily, it's just not possible to fight effectively this way. And since the whole process of reloading a bow is considered a free action, how can loosing a hand from a two-handed weapon not be? However a Half-Orc Sorcerer...

    Somatic components and a lanyard

I wouldn't bother too much about the logical consequences of arcane spell failure. The whole concept of arcane spell failure isn't very logical in the first place and the rules don't even give a good ingame explanation for it. Divine spells do use somatic components too, but a divine spellcaster...

    Stacking Metamagic

That is supported by the rules anyway. You can however not apply the same effect with different feats to one spell, or at least it has no effect.

scribe tattoo wizard how many tattoo's can you have?

The Tattoo Magic Feat can be found in Races of Faerun. A Magic Tattoo uses the same rules for creation as a Potion does, i.e. only targeted spells of 3rd level or lower and the wearer of the Tattoo is always the recipient of the Spell. The wearer is the only one who can activate it and has to...
