    Undead and Fort Saves

That's right. Undead don't have 0 Constitution, they have NO Constitution score, and don't get any penalties or bonuses that way. Otherwise they would be penalized on their HD too (1D12-5 instead of 1D12).

Rules of the Game: Making Magic Items

AFAIK a "Ring of True Strike (unlimited uses)" would take a standard action to activate as well and does not grant the bonus permanently. So no big difference to the Wand.

Rules of the Game: Making Magic Items

Buy a couple of wands of truke striking for a mere 750 gp each. Just make sure you have an arcane spellcasting class or enough UMD. ;)

    Monk using TWF and flurry.

Wielding weapons while using the Flurry of Blows attack only increases the Monks options of attacking/dealing damage, but not the number of his attacks.

    The Warlock out of alignment

Since they did not specify that anything happens to his Warlock abilities, by the rules, well, nothing happens to his Warlock abilities. ;) He would however be barred from taking more Warlock levels, since he does not meet the class requirements. It's the same way that you can't take Monk...

Need Help with Martial Cleric Build

The Goliath is more than worth it's level adjustment. I would add -2 to Charisma to balance the stat block a bit. The Race is still VERY powerful that way. Anyway, since Goliaths are somewhat savage, perhaps the Favored Soul would be more fitting. They get the proficiency and focus of the...

What's the point of Exotic Weapon Master?

I don't see the point of the PrC either, only perhaps that it takes usually more feats to take a Weapon Focus in an Exotic Weapon. Some of the Weapon tricks are limited to Double Weapons, which are per se exotic, but apart from that the tricks would be applicable to martial weapons, too.

Need Help: Best fighter builds at various levels?

In my opinion a fighter's power is not only dependant on Feat and Weapon selection, but also a great deal on his race. While halflings and gnomes will almost always make sub-par fighters, the Powerful Build racial trait (Half-Giant, Goliath) is almost invaluable to a fighter and well worth the...

    Item Creation Feats and Semi-Spellcasters

    Or are Practiced Spellcasters...

HOLY CRAP! Please tell me I'm wrong.

That is not correct. Uncanny dodge prevents a character from being caught flat-footed, but he can still be flanked. There is a feat called 'Eyes in the Back of your Head' in Complete Warrior, which denies flanking attackers any flanking bonus, but it does not prevent sneak attacks either.

    Eberron question

Your right. But to be honest, I don't get the logic behind it. Arcane spell failure with scrolls means you fail unfolding the scroll or what? There are no other somatic components involved and you can't possibly gesture, while holding a piece of parchment in both hands. :uhoh:

    Eberron question

Scroll usage does not incur arcane spell failure. Only the inherent casting of arcane spells with somatic components does.

    Warlock question!

If I were ever to play a Warlock, I would get a Ring of Freedom of Movement ASAP. No more grappling troubles, never ever. :)

    Familiar Spell

Is the Familiar Spell Feat only available to wizards? The Feat lists Spell Mastery as a prerequisite, which lets Wizards prepare spells without a spellbook. Now, since Sorcerers can cast spells without a spellbook anyway, are they eligible for the Familiar Spell Feat too, or are they completey...

    Winged Humanoids?

On a sidenote: is it necessary to have seen the type of creature a caster wants to alter (or polymorph) to, or is it sufficient to have heard/read/seen a picture of the desired form? The rules do not state anything in this respect.

    CAdv: Hexblade Spell List

Is the 'Swift Expeditious Retreat' spell missing in the additional Hexblade spells of the CAdv? It is only a variant spell of the normal Expeditious Retreat, which is on the Hexblade's regular list, and he gets Swift Invisibility too. Is this a simple ommision or intentional?

More questions on Warforged and Alter Self

Straight by the RAW, no in both cases. The adamantine body (or any other plating) is considered to be worn Armor, which cannot be worn by the new forms and so remains inoperative (see spell description).

    Winged Humanoids?

I am looking for winged humanoid form for the use with the Alter Self spell. I am aware of the Avariel, but since they are extremly rare and normally limited to FR campaigns, an alternative form would be much appreciated.

Balance of +0 LA races with bonuses to spellcasting stats.

In my opinion the most "sensible" spellcaster build is the one that is the most fun playing to you. This does not necessarily mean that it has to be the most powerful or efficient one. If you'd like to play a Sun Elf Wizard, go for it, otherwise don't take one just for the +2 Int score.

Need help with casters' Familiar rules

That was my impression too. But I suppose temporary Hitpoints can be given directly to a familiar after all? Nevertheless, that idea of polymorphing your familiar if needed seems nice, and might be even more appealing to a hexblade, who has way better Hitpoints and BAB to grant to the familiar...
