This occurred to me as well, but I just wanted it clarified.

So, clarifying the Condition Track changes: just beating the damage threshold is no longer enough to move someone down the condition track, you have to beat it by 10 or more? But anyone going below half of their normal HP automatically goes down one step? I guess that will be interesting...
