Is there any way in 3.5 or pathfinder to make a cannon or fiends mouth more mobile so it becomes more useful for support and and easier at dragging around?

when a gunslinger reaches the deeds level can he preform it or does he have to choose one? I'm very confused on this issue and haven't had time to look it over correctly.

I don't know if this is out of the question or not for you but PF ultimate combat has a gunslinger class that transfers easily into 3./0/5, it would be easy adapting feats from the book into ones for 3.5 to help aswell.
