maybe i misread divine bolts. if you choose one target, do you hit for 2d6+2(mod)? twin strike says explicitly 1[w] per attack, wheras looks like divine bolt doesnt allow that.

I meant illegally. I guess the publishers know better than I do, but I would think putting out your content in such an easily stealable, inconvenient to read format would be a bad idea. the marginal cost is virtually zero though, so I can see how it is good.

I just cant see myself paying for a pdf. you can get heaps of roleplaying pdfs for free, some of which have to be comparable to this one. browsing an rpg book is a great joy, browsing a pdf feels like work

you are going to have a terrible time running the monsters and the npc's as well. i think you are best off letting the player run 2 characters, like defender and striker or leader and striker. then scale the encounter down for 2 players.

quick question: if the weapon is a +2, or if the char has focus, cleave still only does str mod to the baddy right?

Son of a Bitch! i thought it was a little silly- every 2nd encounter or so the ranger would take out an enemy artillery with an at will in one turn, seemed really broken. if he has weapon focus, is it still d10 or is it d10 +1 ? lol, they are gonna be mad. i will have to cheat less to hurt them.

I have run a few sessions of keep- 2 rangers (both do d10+5 with each hit of twin strike) 1 ftr and 1 cler. they are destroying the keep- the twin strikes are basically broken. If one of the rangers was a wizard, the group would be significantly worse. My point is, at low levels...

its not just with breath, the idea is to use a cold weapon too. esp with twin strike.

I was wondering if there are any optimized builds which dont eventually end up taking toughness and at least one, if not all, of the +2 to reflex, fort, and will feats. Has anyone else noticed this?
