My campaign setting, Alfeimur, was designed to nerf magical powers during 3.x times. Arcane magic is wild magic and can summon magic storms. Divine magic is limited since the true Gods died and now only pale reflections are granting powers and so on. Now I'm struggling a little with adapting it...

I know, I didn't want to sound condescending. I had already posted a wish list of desired products in this thread, it's just that I really do not feel the need for rules supplements anymore (I had that urge back in the 3.x days, but it was a bad habit I dropped).

D20 System, d20 System licence, OGL and OGC are all different (albeit related) things. A quick read of wikipedia (if not of the legal documents) can clarify that. I just had to point that out, sorry [emoji1]

It still amazes me how such a peculiar monster was turned into OGL content and a competing company can now make money out of it. The miniature set looks brilliant, but I will never buy it.

I'm developing a full aristocrat class for my 5e campaign setting. The noble background will be nerfed and will grant full benefits only if you have 1 to 3 levels in the new class (which has archetipes such as the knight, the prelate and the ruler).

I guess the last two posts are WAY off topic. Anyway, I love the way magic is managed in 5e. But 5e is mainly a ruleset for sword and sorcery - if you enjoy heroic fantasy better, then you should stick with 3e.
