There was a Game of Thrones RPG by a company called Guardians of Order. But they went bankrupt after the first book had been released, so the licence went back to GRRM. This is the same series. The series is called "A Song of Ice and Fire", the first book's title is "A Game of Thrones".

There are also two base classes in Ghostwalk you can take only if your character has died.

There is speculation that not renewing the Dragon & Dungeon licences + the Dragonlance licence are signs that 4e is near. (Personally I don't think so.)
