I don’t think that I have ever seen a standard human in play. I agree that the number of humans in play will plummet.

According to point 1, you want to make it so that the player can’t have all of his offensive elements until a level that you believe they won’t reach in practice? Am I missing something? Also without the variant human, humans are kind of blah. The feat helps offset not having dark vision.

That isn’t quite accurate. There is a lot of Greyhawk material on DmsGuild, it is just old TSR, WoTC material from prior editions. People can not create new stuff for Greyhawk on the DmsGuild but that doesn’t mean there isn’t material there.

If you are including the Village of Hommlet and the Village of Barovia , then I would say that Solace should be included. While it isn’t a large city it is very welll known due to the original Dragonlance novels.
