I always type foe to foe when I mean howling strike, foe to foe just sounds like the one you'd use when charging from "foe to foe". Also as an aside why did you use 1d20+7? I read it as 1d20+7(Stat+1/2 lvl+Enhancement)+2(Prof)+1(charging). Not that it matters since I hit anyway, but just...
