Completely agree. He gets the extra 4d6 on all but the Barb(who joined later, so isn't marked with vengeance), so the Barb presents a huge threat to him(hence Forcecage to separate). So I should look closer to CR 20 monsters.

I think they are classified as 1/3 casters, since they get spells at a third the rate(once every 3 levels whilst a Paladin gets a level of spellcasting every 2 levels.

I'm personally more excited for the lineages. Was planning a Hexblood Druid, and it seems to be like Vampires, Hags and Undead Lineages refer to Dhampir, Hexblood and Revived. I'll definitely take it.
