5' step, partial actions and haste

son of ***** ... just when the issue was settling down. personally, i'd go with the one free 5' step per round interpretation. even hasted, you could only really get two 5' steps, the second of which could possibly provoke an aoo. (imo, the whole movement/action/aoo interaction is a bit...

    I flank myself! ...

uuuuuhhhhhhh........ i think you're taking the word "ignore" waaaay too far. how can you claim that ignoring someone is worse than not even knowing they're there? my buddy goes invisible before entering my house. i'm sitting here, typing away, completely oblivious to his presence. he walks up...

    Monk's UBAB and multiclassing

i'm just gonna chime in here and say that my previous post is in relation to the rules as they were "clarified" by the sage (i believe). the official faq seems to support this method, too. however, i do agree that it is not in line with the rules as presented in the phb (and apparently oriental...

    Monk's UBAB and multiclassing

guh! i wish the old boards were still available, because this issue has been discussed about 40 times over there. bab does not stack with ubab at all. here's an exerpt from wotc's faq. it's somewhat relevant: using hong's examples ... mnk4/ftr2 armed: +5 unarmed: +3 (monk ubab) or +5...

    Question: Multi-classing druid

well, couldn't you also argue that that multiclassing a fighter sucks? or multiclassing a wizard sucks? why is it the multiclassed druid that sucks? :) honestly, a ftr/wiz/drd looks like a bad combo ... multiclass more than two classes and and you're looking for trouble. [ off-topic: man ...
