I highly recommend reading Wicked: the Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire. Elphaba, a.k.a. the Witch, is definitely the heroine. The Wizard is a despicable, though mostly off-camera villain, and poor Dorothy, in the end, is basically a pawn. It's a great book...

I completely agree. I'd like to add that Kender and Gully Dwarves were the most game-disrupting character types ever concieved, and if I ever meet Hickman and/or Weiss, they can expect a some major disgruntlement on my part.:mad:
