I prefer a setting where magic is very rare. Only a few wizards spread across the continent, magic items few and far between. But the difference, I feel, is that the magic, once uncovered, is incrediably powerful. Am I drawing a wrong line here? Is this what people mean when they talk of "low...
I've been cooking up an idea for a campaign involving Graz'zt helping orc legions on the material plane invade the civilized lands in order to gain hold on the prime. This campaign may involve Bel, as well, as he is oppertunistic and is deeply involved in the Blood Wars.
Anyway, I was hoping...
Yes, in Sep's SH she was called a cambion, which is what made me ask to begin with :) I appreciate the page numbers, because now I can go look em up.

Well, just as the topic says, does software exist that does such a thing? It would make everyone's life much easier, so I assume it exists. What does everyone use? also, does it have all the trimmings, such as the splat books, BoVD, etc?

My highest level pc in 2nd edition was a priest of Athena and I was recently converting him to third edition. Looking through the prestige classes in the Manual of the Planes and the DMG, there are plenty of fitting prestige classes that fit the model of the warrior cleric of knowledge and war...
Before this thread gets too hijacked, I'd like to say that V is for Victory is the best article I've read out of dungeon ever and is what made me get a subscription to the mag. Iron Lords of Jupiter was the second best, in my opinion. It has a great old school scifi feel.

The A's didn't keep Giambi because he wanted a no-trade clause in his contract, and regretfully he didn't resign because the A's wouldn't give him that. Stuuuupid.

Vasquez may have been needed, but Eric Johnson is the best hitter to come up from the Yanks in a long long time and shouldn't have been traded. Vasquez got game, but not that much :P
