I'll be easy. 4d6 drop the lowest for stats - honor system. Max gold and max hp. Non-core spells and feats are ok - just run them by me first.

Detroit Gameday: Jan 31!! The Aftermath!!

Alrighty, I'll do it. I'll volunteer to run a morning session. Considering my lack of time and, occassionaly, creativity, let's do "Dead Man's Quest" from the latest issue of Dungeon. While set in the Freeport setting, which I don't own, we'll translate it to a generate 3e D&D. So generate up...

Alrighght, after hemming and hawking over the afternoon sessions, I'd like to sign up for the COC game. I've never played COC before, but I did a bunch of lit crit work pertaining to Lovercraft back in grad school. If inexperienced players are a problem, let me know and I'll consider the other...

Gaming groups: friends or all business?

Having got back into this hobby through my 10 year old son after a 15 year or so hiatus, most of my current and long time freinds don't game and have little interest. I am even referred to as a (looks both ways) dork (gasp). So, my current gaming group is made up of people I met through his...

    Outsourcing

Josh, you have a point. The corporate culture at EDS is a little ... shall we say .. strict. Nonethless, The immediate news that a department will be outsourced without more information is not in itself a cause for hystera. Some worry, maybe. Wait for more information, maybe circulate a resume...

When an organization like EDS acquires a department from some other monstrous company, they generally take as...

    Chains and Misery - opinions?

Thanks for the tips, Josh. What I am most interested in are rules for cost and upkeep, rebellion, etc. The brief writeup of Chains and Misery indicated that it held such data. I'd like to know if this has source been used and whether its worked well. Does BOVD contain such information as well?
