I was referring to the hit bonus. e.g.g If you use a Javelin in melee it would be Str + proficiency. If you use it at range it would be Dex + proficiency. The sheet has only one listed.

If you have a weapon that does melee and thrown/ranged how do you see the ranged to hit?
