    Paladins and Undead Grafts

Alright, I have a player in my campaign who is (well, will be) a Paladin/Crusader/Ruby Knight Vindicator. A paladin, but a Wee Jas worshipper - could he have Undead Grafts without it being... I dunno, against the paladin code? The whole idea of grafts seems... not paladin, to me, but I can't...

    Dire Charge

Of course not, that's like saying that a char that can move twice their speed on a charge can move twice their speed as a move action.

MIC- Did the price of mithral change? Is mithral armor too cheap?

It's because it's a lot easier to make a mithral chain shirt than full plate, by virtue of how hard it is relative to its thickness.

    Building a Dagger Fighter

Your feats are something like: 1: Weapon Focus (Dagger) S1: Weapon Finesse F1: Point Blank Shot 3: Far Shot F2: Precise Shot 6: Improved Initiative F4: Weapon Specialization (Dagger) 9: Melee Weapon Mastery (Slashing) 12: Daring Outlaw 15: Iron Will 18: No idea. Now I wanna play that =\ Grey...

    Building a Dagger Fighter

Well, Fighter 4 for Weapon Specialization and Melee/Ranged Weapon Mastery is good, Rogue is useful for sneak attack, Swashbuckler is good for free Weapon Finesse and Insightful Strike. But really, no matter how you look at it, Invisible Blade is what you're looking for. Rogue 4/Fighter...

    A question about Weapon Pluses

Ah, alright, thanks, for some reason a found "epic weapon means a +6 bonus" a bit ambiguous - guess it says Enhancement and I just didn't notice.

    A question about Weapon Pluses

Um. So a +5 vorpal longsword doesn't overcome DR/epic? As another random question, how are monks and druids supposed to overcome DR/epic?

    A question about Weapon Pluses

Does it not help overcome DR/epic?

    Animal Companions and Polymorph

Nah I think you misunderstood - int is not your personality, just your intelligence. By your definition, a PC who takes int damage becomes someone else entirely - they do not, just become.. stupider.

Thrown Weapons... what can make them viable?

Yep, that about sums it up.

What happens to spells when Dead/Unconsc.?

And if I polymorph myself into a dog and I die, I turn back into a human.

    Animal Companions and Polymorph

Okay, I've read most of this post, and it's actually rather interesting... But if an companion can be a magical beast, why couldn't it be a dragon? On top of that, would a polymorphed familiar/animal companion really become a Behir and want to eat everything? Or just become stupid? Do they...

    Tell me about the Swordsage

Ring of Jumping isn't so bad, jumping is supposed to be easy to get better at, magically - it only makes sense. Heh, Thri-Kreen Bloodclaw Masters, FTW. But, yeah, there's only one Tiger Claw strike that actually gets better the more jump you have, but who's that afraid of a DC60 fort save or...

"What does my intelligence tell me?"

Oh, yeah, and puzzles seem silly, as generally only one player in each group is smart enough to understand it, and the rest just watch. Not fun.

"What does my intelligence tell me?"

I have this thing where my players are stupidddddddddddd. "What look does the Assassin have?" "A shiny dagger, gloves, boots, belt, ring, necklace, bag of holding" "Nice! Anyone need a bag of holding?" "No, we all have one." "Oh, let's sell it." ... !! >_< So I have them roll int checks if...

    Silent Image of Obscuring Mist

Bit of the whole thing. An illusionary cloud that your party can see through because they know it's illusion. If one of the attackers told the rest that it were an illusion, would that be considered "proof"? Because it seems like they'd need to do more than just look at it and think "it's an...

On flavour reasons alone, should longbows be exotic and repeating crossbows not?

Longbow actually wasn't used by the common people, only by people trained from the age of 10ish to use it. But I do disagree with the hand crossbow thing - they are not easy to reload and use properly.

    Silent Image of Obscuring Mist

Ah thank you. Ooh that's a really cool idea, which even makes sense from a logic perspective, and not just a rules one.. yay. Gotta keep that in mind.

    Silent Image of Obscuring Mist

Why would they be able to see through the mist? ... Why would disbelieving it let you see through it at all in the first place?
