    Invisibility and Detect Magic

I believe that has been discussed before. IIRC, the answer is yes; although detect magic takes 3 rounds to pinpoint someone (who will probably move to avoid detection). So detect magic works, albeit not very well.

    Next Batch of Miniatures?

Is that 1 Huge and everything else if Large? Or a mix?

    Can zombie hippogriff's fly?

    I'd agree with that.

    Next Batch of Miniatures?

When is the next batch of miniatures being released and what will they be?

    Can zombie hippogriff's fly?

I would argue that it depends how long the creature has been a zombie. Technically, as soon as it is dead it can be raised so there would be no loss in flying capability. If it was dead for any length of time (really, anything more than a month or so) than I'd say there's not enough wing...

Who played Basic D&D all the way up through all of the sets?

    I started with the Red/Blue/Green/Gold box sets, then AD&D, then AD&D 2E, then 3E, now 3.5.

The choice to be raised from the dead

Hmmm, that raises a good point. If you're in heaven already, why not go back b/c you know you'll be coming back to heaven eventually (so long as you don't turn to the dark side...). And if you find heaven really boring, why not go back and spread evil so you can see what hell is like.

    Is Presdigitation too powerful?

I would. So long as the person in question allows it, of course. Think of slowly floating someone's pen out of their breast pocket. So long as the person doesn't grab it, you can float it through the air.

Casting spells right out of your spellbook

This is a house rule we still use and, although it's seldom used, it has proven to be a life-saver. The latest incident was when the P wizard managed to escape from a sealed chamber (containing a stone golem) with a stone shape spell cast out of his spellbook. It was life or death so it wasn't...

    Planar Ally/Binding spells?

I didn't have a particular creature in mind. Just a hypothetical question (especially relevant should someone be summoning planar allies that serve Ghaunadour, for example).

    Planar Ally/Binding spells?

What happens if the creature in question has a very low Int/Wis score? i.e. if you were to call some kind of ooze with no Int then how could you bargain with it? Just a hypothetical question...

When will Harbringer/Dragoneye Series be discontinued?

That's a good point. WotC can re-release popular minis and lose the crap that no one wants. A paring down process to be sure...

    Burrow Speeds Excessive

The burrow speeds for smaller creatures (i.e. badgers) might be accurate if the terrain was sand. Just adjust it accordingly for denser substances.

    Khopesh

Of course, a real scythe's handle looks nothing like that depicted above. A real scythe has a curved shaft with a handle and the blade is at an angle from the blade.

    Invisibility Questions

I remember IMC when the wizard (who was invisible) cast fire shield on himself when he stumbled into the final encounter by himself. The BBEG said "Thanks! Now I can see you" and proceeded to make chopped liver out of him. It was funny seeing the wizard froth at the mouth over his mistake.

    NPC levels on the fly

Check out Sean K. Reynolds' home page. He created a fairly detailed system that works and takes into account the average age of the typical medieval person. http://www.seankreynolds.com/rpgfiles/misc/theoryaboutpeasants.html

    Monk Code of Honour?

The player knows there are no evil characters and he will become an NPC if his alignment shifts. But his argument will be that he hasn't committed an evil act (or, more likely, that he hasn't committed a chaotic act). And the fact that he has no code gives him a better argument to say an act...
