I couldn't find it either. Kickstarter requires an anticipated delivery date (or at least did) when you set up your page. I am not nearly as familiar with Backerkit, but if it also required on that platform it is much harder to find!

This is inaccurate too. Most monsters are the same challenge between 2014 & 2024 (I know, I have done a lot of checking on this front). Some of the lower CR monsters actually dropped in power. Now, at higher CRs, around CR 17+ there definitely is an increase in power from 2014 to 2024 monsters...

I guess I just don't see the need to address it. Its absence from 2024 books (and likely all non-setting books moving forward) does address the issue as far as I am concerned. I mean my games simple don't hang on every word and interpretation from WotC and I can't imagine many really do.

You must be speaking of the 2014 PHB, because it is not in the 2024 one (pg 205 is a page of Feats in the 2024 PHB). As my post noted I was talking about the 5e24 rules.
