    See Invisibility. Foresight. Can't sneak attack with disadvantage. Or just turn invisible yourself. Also Shield and mirror image. Good thing a level 20 wizard can cast mass suggestion 5 times, plus foresight.

    Then cast Mass Suggestions first. It's an illusion that can deal 10d6 sneak attack damage every round, then reliably hide.

    Cast simulacrum on a rogue. You now deal more damage than the rogue. And yes. CME is overpowered too. Sorcerer 2 / warlock 2/ Valor bard X can is like twice the damage a Barbarian can do.

    That doesn't require duplicating spell slots. Or really, any other combat capabilities. A wizard can litterally have the power of a level 20 rogue.

    Not sure i agree with that. Warlocks are balanced fine with their limited higher level slots. There are some top level spells that really should be removed though (simulacrum).

    Except PF2 has the same issue, because they have the same spell slot progression. Casters get both bigger and more slots.

    That's mostly what I did. At what levels? IMO, casters are weak from 1-4, it's balanced 5-10, ahead at 11-15, and completely dominate 16+. Giving them an extra slot at 1, and removing slots at higher level should align them much better.
