What you could have is a super secret Diviner's society, of whom only very few mages are a part of, but these mages have started a "false" diviner's society, to protect their own (the false society is semi-secret, but its growing on its own, and while all that concerns the real secret society...

As written, I think it's true, although a bit dumbfounding to me since you have a chance of hitting the wrong person with your AoO when a bull rusher moves into the occupied square of the creature he's trying to push. But hey. TS

Welcome to the boards! I don't think it's allowed, nor should it be. Perhaps the bard could "aid" the rogue (giving the rogue a +2 circumstancial bonus to his bluff check), but in no way should the bard be able to bluff for someone else. TS

Although my group believes that 3.0 was a step up from 2nd ed., I don't think we're having enough problems that warrant another gruesome adaptation :) Other reasons include not wanting to buy the books again, and definitely not liking to consult a print out of the SRD for rules. TS
