I recently did this with waves of undead. It was a bit challenging, but I'm a fudger, so I made it hard and they almost died at one point. If you don't want to fudge, you can have NPCs kill a bunch of baddies somehow at some point, like the minions around the better fighters/archers/wizards bad...

I'd look at Nord games tavern stuff (driventhur or their site, I think) and see how you feel about it (that's not mine!).

I feel like there are A LOT of good options for taverns on drivethru or dmsguild. I mean, I even have a planescape version one of those sites.

I haven't plugged one of my pdfs for months, so I'll do so. I looked at every planescape item I had access to, and created summaries of most of the shops, inns, and taverns. I did NOT include stuff from Faces of Sigil, as that is much more detailed than most entries. It's not among the BEST...

It makes zero sense for books about the multi verse to have one look, imo. We don't have one art style on earth.
