    Talking through the Ignore Feature

Good to use to ignore racists.

D&D 5E (2014) WotC Confirms Horror-themed Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden

Frankly. All Wizards books should be 320 pages. Reprints should be. Further print runs should be. Books that cost a damn lot. Should be worthwhile.

    D&D 5E (2014) WotC's Jeremy Crawford on D&D Races Going Forward

Frankly. When posters keep insisting on justifying racism. I am out. Goddamn.

D&D General Gary Gygax a racist?

Gary Gygax was a great person. We owe a lot to. And should thank. He had very outdated ideas. Adversarial GMing. Views on Lawful Good. Etc. We can honor him. And change the game with the times.

I am saying work on racist connotations. Is that so goddamn hard. You are revealing the type of person you are. Thank you for that.

Creatively work it out. Good examples are in Eberron. As in Vistani have cultural consultants. Is this goddamn so hard.

Make it so racist connotations are worked on. Research on these. Work with people. Work with other viewpoints. And ensure balance. A hard step to take. A necessary one. Do not goddamn dare defend racism.

    D&D 5E (2014) WotC's Jeremy Crawford on D&D Races Going Forward

If even traits of racist stereotypes exist they should be worked on. Racism should be goddamn called out anywhere.

Orcs are violent brutish psychotic monsters. If based on racist stereotypes goddamn is that a goddamn problem. Extremely so if these racist stereotypes are fun to kill. Lots of people have made this connection. And posted these examples.

They ignore those points. Continually. Because there is no comeback to them. They instead insist we do not understand. The degrees. The nuances. They insist it is not that bad. They insist we see things that are not there. They insist the history of the game should be preserved. Just because. It...

    D&D 5E (2014) WotC's Jeremy Crawford on D&D Races Going Forward

I will ask again. Find another way to egage and discuss the actual concerns and issues raised. Not dismiss people by saying they do not understand the degrees or nuance of their concerns or issues. That is simply unhelpful. That brings nothing constructive. That brings nothing relevant.

    D&D 5E (2014) WotC's Jeremy Crawford on D&D Races Going Forward

Really not. Giving examples and concerns have people been doing. You have been dismissing these and saying people do not understand nuance or degrees. You only present discussions in these terms. Without addressing at all the concerns and opinions people have presented. Up to you if you want to...

Mercurius. Very poor way you have of dismissing opinions by saying they do not understand nuance. Or do not understand degrees of something. Even when examples are repeatedly given. Can you find some other way. Makes for a tiresome discussion if all you do is dismiss.

D&D General Two underlying truths: D&D heritage and inclusivity

If D&D heritage is found to be a problem why should it be preserved. Honor it in other ways. And change things from concerns. Change things from suggestions. Does not take away its meaningfulness. Or its history. Still clinging onto its heritage is meaningless. And harmful. If concerns are...

D&D 5E (2014) Are "evil gods" necessary? [THREAD NECRO]

Gods have portfolios. Spheres of influences. In the case of evil evil portfolios. Take tyranny. You can have gods and devils. Gods have home realms in the Planes. And have always been more powerful then demons or devils.

By ignoring points. By dismissing opinions. By repeated attempts to say people will keep finding offense at things. That is not wanting compromise. Especially as people have wanted balanced versions. My posts have made this clear. Up to you whether you want to engage with this. Or keep saying...

Based on the points made in this thread this is not true. You know this. Why continue to misconstrue others. Why continue to paint others as demanding complete agreement. Why continue to make baseless statements. Why continue to lie about the position of others. As said. If not to your taste...
