I still say that any publisher that has used OGL 1.0(a) up until now, and continues to do so without switching to 1.1 should be safe, because you cannot invalitate a valid license using a new license if said pybilisher does not adopt that license.

I sure hope so! To me, WotC/Hasbro is damaged goods now. Noatter what they do, backtrack, sue, appease, I am done with them.

Maybe (hopefully!) WotC/Hasbro/5E becomes unpopular enough in these parts that I can finally motivate people to try Mythras and/or The One Ring.
