My last mininof 2023: an Ogryn

I was fortunate enough to have experienced the world-premier screening of FotR back then in London, red carpet and after-show event and all. I met most of the cast, as well as PJ (and have autographs on the ticket to prove it). Truly memories I will cherish forever.

Some minis I've finished these last couple.of days: A scifi knight soldier in WW2 US colors 2 scifi infantrymen, a conscript and a shocktrooper A scifi "heavy melee" dwarf with magma axe.

I finally got myself an airbrush (the new H&S Ultra 2024 which is specifically targeted at miniature painters) Mainly for priming and basecoating without rattlecans. Boy does that Vallejo polyurethane primer go on thinly and smoothly! [emoji3059]

The gang is slowly growing. Today I painted a guardian with shield and pistol. A true tank. [emoji28]

Too crunchy, for me, is when the rules allow for players to plan "builds" in advance. Simple as that.
