I really enjoyed the episode, it was energetic in a way I hadn't seen in a while. I'm a little mystified by Jor-El once again, but he's always been an enigma.

Audiobook: Baroque Cycle (Neal Stephenson) - I only got through book one in print, hoping the audiobooks will carry me all the way through; so far so good! Printed book: nothing. Gotta remedy that.

Of the choices provided, I'm a geek. If D&D player were on the list I'd pick that (as I consider Pathfinder to be a kind of D&D). I don't play enough different games to be a gamer.

Joking around with friends is the best part, recently. The last three sessions I have laughed so hard I could hardly think. Those were great games, at least from the players' side of the screen. I try to keep my eye on our DM to make sure he's having fun too. :)

Permanently gave up on The Passage. Have temporarily set aside Under Heaven. Finished Blood Oath. Currently listening to Kraken, by China Mieville. So far it's amusing and weird, but I'm at a point where I'm starting to get characters confused.

I may need to trick another pary member into pulling it, but I make sure it gets pulled somehow!

Finished reading Anathem - tough to get going, but well worth the effort to complete. Moving on to The Passage by Justin Cronin. Now listening to Under Heaven by Guy Gavriel Kay. A bit slow moving so far.

And quite entertaining, with the exception of the rather frequent and ridiculous sex scenes.

Anathem by Neal Stephenson is on the front burner, Chasm City by Alistair Reynolds is on the back burner. Listening to Dune Messiah, with The Mote in God's Eye on deck.

I would buy a lamp version of that, definitely...
