WotC New D&D Stream Replaces Dice, Camera, Action!

Most of the streams that I've watched are more about the character development, social encounters, exploration, etc., somewhat following along the concept of equal spotlight on each of the three pillars. If you're a gamer who's much more interested in the combat aspect of the game (which is...

    D&D General Comparing Giant Sizes

Gotcha. An elephant can be a devastating creature to fight, for sure, but it's nowhere near as awe inspiring as a 25' giant. :)

    D&D General Comparing Giant Sizes

Well, the PCs aren't always going to be the ones dishing out damage. I mean, if the players roll really well and the giant rolls really poorly, the giant will invariably end up looking like a buffoon, but assuming both sides get in good hits, there are lots of ways you can narrate it.

    D&D General Comparing Giant Sizes

To be fair, fire giants of the past several editions have essentially been designed as proportionately similar to dwarves, and it matches the defined culture of them being obsessed with the forge, living in nature's forges, as it were.

    D&D General Comparing Giant Sizes

The only idea I have around the LOTR oliphants is what was depicted in the movie, whether that was accurate to the books or not, and those oliphants would be roughly the size of the Walking Statue of Waterdeep miniature in terms of scale. Seriously. I'm looking at my statue right now and screen...

    D&D General Comparing Giant Sizes

Even at the current 5e sizes I feel giants seem too small, just from the fantasy and mythological stories that I grew up with around them. In 3E/Pathfinder they're stupidly small. An ogre and a hill giant are not that far off from each other, which is dumb since they're both in the "giant" class...

D&D 5E (2014) You can now buy The Masterclass Codex: Sixteen New Character Classes

Has this always been called by this title? At one point I think it was called something like A Touch of Class? Maybe some people here are getting confused by the different titles?
