The easiest way is simply usimg it on a laptop as another reference tool, like a dm screen. A second option is to display just a player session on a TV/monitor on the wall. My choice is going to be a third option. Use a projector to display it on the table like this...

Games mean individual game sessions, and the number of players (not including the DM which is a given) can vary by game from 1 to as many as your outgoing connection can support. I would guess the average is still 4-5 players per DM.

Yep, and the number of other games didn't go DOWN while 5e went up, so either more users, or more total games. Very interesting.

Here's the routes, pretty much anywhere in the city you should be within 2-3 miles of a bus route. http://www.indygo.net/route/ Downtown is pretty decent, I don't know about the rest of the city. There's also a bike sharing system for downtown, can't remember the name of it though.

Also note that Indy's bus system is pretty reliable. So you can get a place on a main route and get back and forth reliably.

Don't count on getting a hotel room through the registration system, have a backup hotel room already that you can cancel if necessary. Personally I just rented a house for the week back in July. :)
