D&D 5E (2024) Man I hate the organization of the 2024 Monster Manual

Not including the page numbers is really bad design.

He's made several classes since the release, and monsters. I think he's in for a year or two at least. It's the IT guy that lost interest, not the guy that owns Nimble. Right now,I think all the new stuff is patreon only? The PDFs are the finished product, the printing was also delayed due to...

D&D 5E (2024) Man I hate the organization of the 2024 Monster Manual

Would require multiple editing efforts, layout, art, etc. That's not cheap or easy. Sure would be nice though.

It isn't. The books went thru more iterations than Evan thought. Though I haven't read anything about the print stuff lately, as I'm using the PDFs for now. Actually, just checked discord. All printing is complete as of this week. Should be on boats in a week or so.

Yikes. No documentation, no data. The foundry launch is a disaster from what I read on the discord. Too bad, the game is solid. Really good.

He literally posted in the discord it was delayed because he lost interest. I've been traveling, so I missed the release. I did check, the system is there, but not the data yet from what people are saying on discord, but I can't verify that yet.

We've run two one shots. People had fun and knew their character's abilities quickly. Otoh, still no foundry system and the dev has lost interest in the system so my other group hasn't looked at it. I doubt we'd ever switch full time, but I sure love a lot of what it does for players and GMs.

Toying with initiative - phased and segments

I like that style because it gets rid of the opponent standing still while you chase them problem.

I'll find my version of this and put it on line.

I've extracted and filed every article from my PDFs. So much easier this way.

No Initiative Order: How Do You Do It?

I'm not sure why you'd play those two games of you don't like combat. Others are free to disagree, just my thought.
