A One Piece setting book/plot point campaign for Savage Worlds (SWADE) would be dope. Only issue I can envision is you can't have PCs using established devil fruit powers, and also meeting up/adventuring alongside established characters with the same power.

When you were initiated into the Golden Vault, you would have been taught various hand signals and code phrases to identify other operatives, which you can use in the IC thread to hone in on other PCs. Just waiting for last two players to join, then we will get this show on the road.
