I do think that three quality adventures each month are enough to attract my subscription. But I don't go to Dungeon for the articles any more than I go to Dragon for the fiction. So, in the end it is something I can live with, even if I despise it. :D

If the basic set is cheap enough ($20 or less), I'll probably buy it as a gift for the kids of anybody I know, but I certainly wouldn't plan to buy it because of the minis inside.

I think psionics and psionic-like abilities would work well in a modern setting. I keep thinking of the movie, "Scanners" when I think of psionics where certain people could manipulate things with their minds, or have a battle of will to dominate each other.
