I always envisioned a paladin with a shield or a priest with a holy symbol, in my head. It's part of the costume. And this idea is fun IMO. EDIT: And to push the fuzzy logic further! A hero without is costume is not a hero anymore :D

Bolstering Strike is quite impressive, every time the paladin hit his foe he inflict 1d6+3 damage while regaining 3 HP. That mean in melee combat the paladin kick asses. And that is only a halfling with a shortsword, can you imagine a dragonborn with a greatsword?

Alignment is pretty much dead as I thought. Good riddance. I think its going to be very rare to see Good or Evil character. Maybe cleric, paladin, and warlock might still want to use it.

Druid, Sorcerer, Barbarian is a sure bet. Bard and Monk are less certain but a lot of people want them too. Plus if there are 3 psychic class you have PHB2's 8 new class. Half Orc and maybe Gnome for races. EDIT: I also see Necromancer and Illusionist as big contender too.

The only thing really missing is the Primal power source from the start. That was a bad move. The Druid class not in PHB1 is a big turn off for me. But Gnome, never played it and never will!

You're right. Sorry man, I freaked out. I just needed more info on their roll-up plan for 4E. With the info released for D&D XP I was so relieved. Their starter kit had tokens and no minis, I was so relieved. Hope anybody is not mad at me.
