    Weapon feats, sure, but there's plenty of ways to get damage bonuses that don't involve the weapon you're using. As for crits, you wouldn't get crit dice/effects off your weapon, but you would definitely get all other critical effects like Devastating Critical or extended crit ranges.

    Why wouldn't you? It's already incorporating strength mod, and it's a damage roll. As for the usefulness of this power, keep in mind that it runs on an Opportunity Action; this means you can trigger it per turn, not per round.     Step 1) Read DMG for basics. Step 2) Read DMG2 to see how a skill challenge is ACTUALLY done. Step 3) Scratch the formal layout and just give people narrative scenes to solve. Use simple easy/medium/hard DCs by level (based on what they describe their character doing) to determine success/failure.

    According to DracoSuave, having Resist 5 Acid and Resist 5 fire against an Arcane Admixture: Fire augmented Acid Orb means that you're going to resist 10 damage of the Acid Orb. Whereas if you had just left the Admixture out, you'd only resist 5.

    Draco: Do you realize that, by your interpretation, the Arcane Admixture feat actually makes your powers *weaker* for using it? More keywords means more chances to apply resistance, and thus less damage. Sense, it makes none.

    Because teleporting after round 4 was penalized by unresistable 10 fire damage to every creature in a burst 3 of the origin square (which most of the monsters resisted anyway so I couldn't even use it as a nuke). I couldn't enforce my mark or use most of my good attacks without nuking the party...
