People play D&D for a wide variety of reasons. Some of those reasons will clash with your's. What are you gonna do about it? May I suggest removing those people from the D&D space?? Then they won't stand in your way as you make D&D rulings based??

I thought Gygax did all sorts of things to balance the game? Have different exp requirements for classes so weaker classes would level faster. Have the random treasure tables spit out magic weapons that favor Fighters more often. Put all sorts of barriers and difficulties on casters to balance...
