4E, like any TTRPG, has certain assumptions. If you violate those assumptions, a bad time can ensue.

People who complain that the stylish layout makes it hard to read should go read the 4th Edition rulebooks. Firing up the imagination is vital, understanding the rules is optional. After all, won't the DM just ignore them and use their judgement anyway???

The solution is to give solo monsters powerful abilities that scale based on the number of LRs they have. Like the monster has an extra attack for every LR they have. That way, spellcasters will feel useful when forcing LRs.

All you really need is a karaoke machine. Pick the song that best fits a moment. It would be much easier to have an adventure path with musical numbers in it. You could play prerecorded songs to serve as exposition.

I assume he's yearning for the day when people do not suffer political and economic disadvantages due to their racial/sexual/etc. background. Programs like this grant will be redundant then. I, too, yearn for that day. Until then, we need things like this to help level the playing field.
