I know. I meant, if the enemy cast Sleep on one of your allies, could you wake them like normally. Or, if you cast Sleep on an opponent, and hit them while their are unconscious, will they wake up? In either case, this has been answered. Thank you everyone!

Nice work and all, but my preference is to see all the calculations, not just the end results. I like to know I've added everything correctly. For example, what happens when your Fighter or Paladin tries to perform an Acrobatic or Athletic skill? Is the Armor Check penalty already factored...

Not per RAW. A bow is a weapon you train with.

HBO is great for people who do not have high Str scores, and use other ability scores to power their At-Wills. For example, if you are playing a Protecting Paladin, chances are your Charisma is higher than your Strength, and you've taken At-Wills that utilize Cha as the main attack attribute...

(Some) Effects take place AFTER the attack roll is made... Since this power has an attack roll assigned to it, I'd say that the attack roll is at least required before the effect takes place, but it should still take place whether the attack roll succeeds or fails.

I think Reaping Strike is fine as is. Look at it this way. How much damage would you have done if you attacked with a different At-Will and missed? Some damage on a miss is better than no damage on a miss (and there isn't much that can prevent this "automatic" damage).

We have a similiar term. My friend calls people like this "Dungeon Tourist". He plays with a group of people who are "afraid" to do anything that *might* put them at risk. So they'll go into a dungeon, wander around, happen upon a door and be like "I'm not opening it, you open it" and argue...
