    Candy name question.

I'm gonna have to agree with my fellow Canuck there. Oh, and that same question was asked by Kelso in an episode of "That '70s Show" where they go to Canada.

    Perfidious Amazon

You should've checked the ordering time. Some Amazon products say that they'll "usually ship" within 24 hours, 1-2 days, or 1-2 weeks. I ordered some books once, and they said 1-2 weeks, and they came in a little over 2 weeks after.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - What's missing from the movie? [SPOILERS!]

I wrote a semi-coherent rant to a friend of mine over MSN Messenger once about how he's screwed coming out of Hogwarts. I might post it here, if I can find it, and if I don't have to clean the language up too much.

    Serenity 2

Major spoilers for the first movie contained. You have been warned: Well, they might want to fill the gap, now that Wash and Shepherd Book are gone, and we know what the deal with Simon and River are.

The final "How old are you?" thread

I do believe it's "hear, hear." Just like it's "Yea or nay." Usually when I write "Yea" in terms of an exclamation of joy, I write "Yay," but if it's the affirmative, it's "yea" for me. And then there's those people that use "Yea" instead of "Yeah."

what is your favorite Final Fantasy game and why ?

There have been discussions of this over and over again in the "Computers, Software and D&D Utilities" forum. Just a heads-up.

    University of Windsor Photographs

I was perusing my school's Comp Sci forums, and someone had posted a while ago, pictures of the campus. It took me a while to remember about them, but I saw them again, and some of them were quite good: http://www.internationalvoting.com/windsor/u.html.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - What's missing from the movie? [SPOILERS!]

The "Star Wars" galaxy is much more dangerous: open shafts, no railings, 8-year-olds podracing, bad-shot stormtroopers (just waiting for a stray blaster bolt to hit a bystander).

    What, no Aeon Flux buzz?

She was in four episodes before it. It was what I call the "For British Eyes Only arc." ...or just the Rita arc.

If you were a stunman, would you... ?

Probably walking. There are very few people that take their work home with them ;). But yeah, it'd waste time trying to tumble or slide; when stuntmen do a stunt, they have to prepare, and you can't do one just on a whim.

18 Tricks to Teach Your Body

He woke up in class one time, leaning over an Italian book, and as a reflex, started babbling Italian. He also handed in a recipe for apple cobbler instead of an essay; his response, "Oh, man, I slept under the wrong book again!"

18 Tricks to Teach Your Body

I've pondered that idea, but sadly, I haven't done much with it. I remember watching a Canadian TV show called "Radio Active," and one of the students (high school, not university; he was the idiot of the group) absorbed the info in the books by putting them under his pillow and then going to...

Staples again: The one with the little girl reluctantly shopping, then looks to the camera, and says, "I thought you said that school's out forever." And then her father is Alice Cooper, who says, "No, I sang 'School's out for the summer.' Nice try, though."
