Well met! I think you are reading too much into this; the would shows that even those opponents with a Dexterity penalty (e.g. DEX 8). who don't get a Dex bonus, are suscepible to a sneak attack while flat-footed. If they wrote [i]is[/] then one could argue that low-dex types are not affected...

Well met! You're wrong here. Although he is below 21st level in any of his classes, he is an Epic character, because his character level is greater than 20. So he should have used Epic advancement rules for the last 9 levels. Kylearan

Well met! Sorry, but it doesn't do that. Sneak damage only applies to the first shuriken, meaning if your first attack roll misses you don't deal all your extra d6's. Go for poisoning the little buggers. Kylearan

Well met! Your character level determines the maximum skill ranks for all skills except exclusive skills. A skill is not considered cross-class if it is on any class skill list of your character. That means that your maximum rank in Tumble will be 7 as it is not exclusive IIRC. Kylearan
