    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Spell Changes

IIRC, that spell originated in Xanathar or Tasha's so it's still "as is" until that spell gets a 2024 style update.

D&D 5E (2024) Arcane Trickster and Eldritch Knight could NEVER use a Scroll, and Players CAN'T use Scrolls they've Scribed from Expanded Spell Lists. This is a BUG.

Cuz the fighter took a Master's Degree at the University of Ye Olde Whacking instead of taking one at Hogwarts.

D&D 5E (2024) Current Stealth Rule Actually Works As Is. If Moving Out of Cover After Hiding Makes Enemies Immediately "Finds You", Hide Would Be Totally UNUSABLE.

"Oh look a penny, my lucky day!" Guard bends down to grab it as rogue moonwalks passes em from behind.

D&D 5E (2024) Current Stealth Rule Actually Works As Is. If Moving Out of Cover After Hiding Makes Enemies Immediately "Finds You", Hide Would Be Totally UNUSABLE.

Having the condition go from Hidden to Invisible, name wise, was the first mistake/step. Because the mental image/expectation one has of something, while both achieving the same "goal in the end," can differ significantly. Hidden at least doesn't fall into the weird situation that the Spell...

D&D 5E (2024) Weird invisibility loophole saves Hiding but ruins the spell: Lose the Condition's benefits without losing the Condition

They just should've stuck with calling it the Hidden condition instead of making sound like you predator cloak.

D&D 5E (2024) Current Stealth Rule Actually Works As Is. If Moving Out of Cover After Hiding Makes Enemies Immediately "Finds You", Hide Would Be Totally UNUSABLE.

Also: I think, IIRC, the "current version" of the Invisible condition for 5E2024 was originally called Hidden in the third UA Playtest. I have to compare the two, but I think there would be less confusion about how to view the hiding rules and "Invisible" in this context if they just kept with...

I always did Stealth as: *Roll for a Stealth Check *Compare that number to the Passive Perception scores of anything in the area. *Ninja it unless a situation happens where a Stealth Check has to be made/beaten. Is that kinda similar to how the new rules are doing it, minus the Flat 15 DC Check?

Use both. One to kill spellcasters and one to lame spellcasters.

I think some on here mentioned it's an 8th Level spell.

The Valley of Flowers seems like it would combo well with Dolmenwood.

OSE's official alternate Thief skills to good?

Wait: the Thief skill points go 1-6, 2-6, 3-6, 4-6,5-6, 2d6 when you use that variant and apply skill points to those skills, right?

D&D 5E (2024) So what's the new Player's Handbook going for on eBay?

I mean, I don't want them to like lose their house and home. I can't be that heartless.

D&D 5E (2024) So what's the new Player's Handbook going for on eBay?

Now I'll admit, if one of these were at a normal, reasonable price, I'd bite. Heck, I have the limited edition alt cover reserved and planned on buying a regular copy for myself and one as a late bday gift for my one bro. But that's all just crazy.
