The price of streaming vs out right owning

No, although they do own a streaming purchase as part of their purchase of Vizio. I was just stating those things, because supermarket in the U.S. can also refer to a large grocery store that does not sell gardening supplies, electronics, clothing, etc.

The price of streaming vs out right owning

Apparently, they made a movie available on Roku and a series. They also bought television manufacturer Vizio last December. The purchase also included Vizio's streaming service.

Yes, the delivery is waived for members, but there is a minimum purchase.

The price of streaming vs out right owning

Walmart is the largest retailer in the U.S. They sell food, clothes, electronics, auto supplies, office supplies, books, games, gardening equipment, and more. In my area, they also do auto repair and have a pharmacy (I am not sure if these are universal)

The price of streaming vs out right owning

In our house, we have subscriptions to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu with ads, Paramount+ (Essential Plan), and Peacock. I contribute to YouTube TV and Netflix and pay Amazon Prime (have discount). Hulu comes free with the phone plans of two house members. Paramount+ Essential is...

How Long Do You Wait Before You Houserule a New TTRPG?

It depends upon the game. Before purchasing or after purchasing, but before reading: I might house rule after I read/ watch online designer interviews, reviews, or excerpts, but before buying the book- especially, if the game is an iteration or variant of a game that I have played. The same...

D&D 5E (2014) I feel like the surveys gaslit WotC about """"Backwards Compatibility""""

I might agree if classes received their subclass at first level.

    D&D 5E (2014) Should 3PP upgrade their books to 2024 versions?

All I care about is that they keep the 2014 versions available- especially material with new races/species, classes. and subclasses.

How Fantastical Do You Like Your Fantasy World?

I'd say Beastmaster (movie), Conan, Dragonlance, and Ladyhawke all fall within the range that I, generally, like.

    D&D 5E (2024) Specifying 5e

    Written, I use 5.0 v 5.24. Spoken, I use 5.0 (or 5e 2014) vs 2024.

What Show Should Have Only Had One Season?

I personally, thought the first few seasons were very good. Later seasons were not as good, but there were still some episodes along the way.

D&D General D&D Editions: Anybody Else Feel Like They Don't Fit In?

The OGL is not limited to making and selling D&D third party products. Mutants and Masterminds, True20, Fantasy Craft, and Spycraft are examples of games created using the OGL and are not D&D products.

Jeremy Crawford Also Leaving D&D Team Later This Month

But my some of my favorite games don't use classes. Some only have human as a playable race. And most only have a single setting. I am fine with the first two. However, I cannot deny wanting to see all all of them get licensed settings or additional licensed setting ;) :P

Dungeon World Gets New Owners, Second Edition Planned

I am fine with getting rid of hit points and D&D stat names. At the same time, I am not, necessarily, sold on the new stat names either.

Jeremy Crawford Also Leaving D&D Team Later This Month

Maybe, I don't purchase adventures or anything drow related. I am basing my opinions on products like Defenders of the Faith, Complete Divine, Magic of Incarnum (imo, good mechanic idea, but lousy execution), and the Book of Exalted Deeds. I am also not impressed by the M:TG based D&D settings...

Jeremy Crawford Also Leaving D&D Team Later This Month

I am glad you are. I was actually glad when he moved to the Magic:TG side of things as he was away from the D&D side, but still had a job. There are only two D&D products that I like with his name on it- Oriental Adventures 3e and Heroes of Horror. And, if I am being honest, I think the latter...

Institutional knowledge can still be lost. We have seen it before. That said, while I wish Perkins and Crawford the best, I won't miss their style while simultaneously having reservations if Wyatt is going to be in charge.

Maybe, they want WOTC to produce material they like so they can be a customer again. Not hard to figure out.
