Finally got around to adding Whitechapel: Vigilance Committee. It covers a lot of ground, but shallowly: every location or event covers one page. There's a very nice list of random encounters that are easy to lift and use in your own variant of the scenario, that I really like.

I'm a big fan of the MotRD 5E version I linked above. He did away with spellcasters, so you need to get Forbidden Knowledge to have magic, and getting Forbidden Knowledge is a Faustian bargain.
