It's too good when compared to just about any other melee damage-dealing option, but fine (in my experience) when compared to casters. The real pity is that it makes all sorts of fighter builds simply subpar, because power attack is so important. I prefer beefing the other options to nerfing PA.

Let me make it clearer. Without house rules, templates ONLY modify what is specified, and do not remove ANY other features of the base creature, in this case, a human. The source is right in the text of every template, as quoted above in Frank's post.

If the mundane daggers lasted 3 minutes, and the enhanced daggers only lasted one round, I'd say it would be okay. But with the long lasting +3 Bane Seeking daggers? Heck no. You want nice daggers like that, go ahead and pay for 'em.

The GOO version is fine with me. I like it. Haven't been able to try it, but that's because my friends prefer hack & slash, and AGoT does not handle hack and slash very well. It's all about the political intrigue.
