The Book of Boba Fett (spoilers)

If he's the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy, I would have heard of him, yeah.

The Book of Boba Fett (spoilers)

So I guess a cool antihero type series with Boba Fett tracking down bounties, getting involved with politics, competing against other hunters, etc. was too much to hope for. One episode left and he was barely in the last two...and he hasn't done anything particularly cool yet. Oh well. How...

The Book of Boba Fett (spoilers)

I get what you're saying but people are still pretty lippy to a guy holding a rifle and a galaxy-wide reputation as willing to use it. I dunno. Strikes me as inconsistent.

What's your favorite superhero TTRPG and why?

Fair enough, but there are plenty of issues showing Spidey punching the Rhino (and hurting the latter) and the game system can't represent that (Spidey's 40 damage vs the Rhino's 75 damage reduction).

The Book of Boba Fett (spoilers)

What happened to Boba Fett's reputation as the most feared bounty hunter ever? And now, the only person to have survived the Sarlaac! People dissing Fett like crazy...

What's your favorite superhero TTRPG and why?

This was why our group preferred the DC Mayfair system, ultimately; in Marvel FASERIP, Spider-Man was a clear underdog against Scorpion (as an example) precisely because of this damage-armor relationship.

    D&D 5E (2014) Levels 1-4 are "Training Wheels?"

While having no problem telling other people how to play and making Oberoni-fallacy counterarguments...it's bizarre. Might not be worth continuing.

    D&D 5E (2014) Levels 1-4 are "Training Wheels?"

When did he say people don't enjoy it? What are you doing here, man?

    D&D 5E (2014) Levels 1-4 are "Training Wheels?"

This should be the end of people being offended at the idea, but...it sadly and most likely won't be.

What is your earliest and most impressionable childhood memory of reading the original D&D or other games

Reading the description of play from the 1e DMG...where did those ghouls drag him off to? And where's the thief?

D&D 5E (2014) Tasha's really improved and changed the feel of Rangers

The spells produce magical effects, like a wall of fire that needs no fuel. My ranger could do no such thing. Magic-using characters are outlined as such in the rules, they are described as using magic. It's right there in the class description. The spells the wizard had in the party are...

D&D 5E (2014) Tasha's really improved and changed the feel of Rangers

????!!! When the player running the magic-using character says I am casting a spell and then it happens....LIKE ANY OTHER RPG, What in the world...?

D&D General Why is tradition (in D&D) important to you? [+]

You tried! :D Having read more than a few interviews with the designers behind 4e, they were most certainly not making change just for change's sake. They really believed in the game on its own merits and not simply because it's different.
