Ehh... broken. The fanatic's rage is plainly too powerful, and the ability at the apse of the PrC seems mechanically complicated and overpowered. Wonderful concept... I was thinking of the Mogg Fanatic magic card tho...

Would it be unbalanced to allow +2 to a mental ability when a character hits a level divisible by 4? My logic behind this is that racial modifiers place twice as much value on physical ability scores.

I play a wizard who is passionate about his causes. Very smart, but highly impulsive. Ergo, he's a fireball mage subconciously.

This class is delightful... I'm making my scythe-wielding cleric/pumpkin king... One nitpick... Spell Focus (Divination) is a feat that nobody would take, so I'd lose that from the prereqs.
