What is "Four levels of improved crit."? Improved critical does not stack with itself, it applies to another weapon if taken a second time.

I like it as well. An extra attack at the highest BAB is always nice, no matter the level, and imho right for a 3rd level spell that afetcs the whole party. The added speed and attack/ac7save bonuses are just icing on the cake.

I almost forgot my number 1 solution for such problems: Talk with the players, explain that such tactics are no fun for you, and ask them to alter their use of coup de grace - and casually mention that the deity of combat could start to give all such "victims" a "fair chance for a fair fight".

well, you only speak both common and elven if you were raised by people who speak both. My half-elven bard was raised by her human father, her mother having died at birth, so she does not speak elven.

All went well. The cat, wrapped in a blanket, was only protesting orally the treatment, and did not use its claws or fangs. Even after escpaing once it did not resort to violence when it was wrapped again. A little angel of a cat.
