Understandable Jemal... I'm going to drop the immunity ring get greater resistance instead because as a 'dancer' I don't want to dance around someone only to be grappled next round and not be able to slip free easily to keep dancing. The dance lasts 1 round for every 2 ranks in perform (dance)...

The reason I ask is that spring attack does not specify what type of movement you are using, flight or ground attack, just that it's an attack action which fly by attack is. EDIT: I guess I have to defer to you Jemal... what do you think?
